01Lots
Put a whole price list on the market at once
Start from what you already have. A spreadsheet, a PDF or a photo of a price list becomes a table of draft lots; a photo of a label fills in a single lot. You check every line before it goes live.
- Import a price list
- Excel, CSV, PDF or a photo, up to 200 lines at a time. Lines that cannot be read are marked, not guessed.
- Photograph a label
- Producer, region, vintage and strength are read from the label. You add the quantity, the warehouse and the price.
- Set it once
- Warehouse, country, duty status and minimum order apply to the whole list in one step.
- Every lot is a parcel
- Category, vintage, strength, bottle size, packaging, quantity and minimum order, warehouse and duty status: in bond, duty paid or T1.
- Price validity
- Set how long a price holds. Renew it, change it or withdraw the lot whenever you need to.
02Company page
Your stock at one link
Every company has a page at app.winegate.app/@handle. It lists every live lot at its current price, grouped like a price list, and anyone with the link can open it without a login.
- Send it instead of a spreadsheet
- The page is always current: new lots appear, sold stock leaves by itself.
- Download as a file
- Clients can take the same stock as a PDF price list, a CSV or an Excel file.
- Verified mark
- The page shows that your company has been reviewed by WineGate.
03Market
Find stock, or ask for it
The market is a table of lots from companies across the EU. Open a row for packaging, terms and warehouse; buy it, negotiate or bid.
- Search and filters
- Wine, producer or region; category, duty status, warehouse country and origin.
- Fixed price and offers
- Buy now, or make an offer the seller can accept, counter or decline. Lots from one seller go into one order.
- Auctions
- Enter your maximum and bids rise in €0.05 steps, only as far as needed. A bid in the final five minutes sets the clock back to five minutes.
- Requests and quotes
- Say what you need, how much, where and by when, with a target price. Sellers who have it send quotes; accept one and it becomes an order.
- Your cost for your country
- Fixed-price lots also show the price with excise for your country and a logistics estimate, before VAT.
- Watchlist and alerts
- Follow lots and saved searches; get a notification when a price drops or a new lot matches.
04Assistant
WG Assistant runs your stock with you
Ask in your own words and in your own language. The assistant answers from your own live lots and prepares changes for you to confirm.
- Questions
- What is left from a producer, how many bottles remain on a lot, what a lot is listed at.
- Changes by chat
- Change a price, extend its validity or withdraw a lot. Each change comes as a card with the exact edit.
- You confirm
- Nothing is created or changed until you tap Apply. The assistant never accepts offers or touches orders and payments.
05Messages & partners
Talk where you trade
Every conversation sits on the lot, the request or the order it is about, or directly between two companies. The whole team reads the same thread from any device.
- Attachments
- Images, PDF, Excel and Word files up to 10 MB.
- A third party
- Bring a broker or a warehouse into the thread when they need to answer.
- Partners
- Connect with companies by @handle, show some lots to partners only, tag or block a company.
- Invitations
- Invite a company you already work with by email.
06Orders & fees
Orders you close between yourselves
When terms are agreed, the order opens with both companies, the lots and the conversation. The buyer pays the seller directly; WineGate never holds the money.
