01List in minutes
Photograph a label and the form fills itself: producer, region, vintage, strength. Upload the price list you already send to buyers — Excel, CSV, PDF or a photo — and every line becomes a draft lot. You check each one before anything goes live.
02Your company page
Every company on WineGate has its own page at app.winegate.app/@handle: each live lot at its current price, grouped like a price list and open without a login. Send it to clients in place of the PDF. Sold stock leaves the page by itself.
03Find stock, or ask for it
Search by wine, producer or region and filter by category, duty status and warehouse country. Buy at the listed price, make an offer the seller can accept or counter, or bid at auction. When the vintage you need is missing, post a request and the sellers who have it send quotes.
04WG Assistant
Ask what is left from a producer or how many bottles remain on a lot, in the language you write in. Ask it to change a price, extend a price’s validity or withdraw a lot: each change arrives as a card, and nothing happens until you confirm it.
05Verified companies
Every company applies with its EU VAT number, checked against VIES, and may add its excise number and company documents. Our team reviews each application before the company trades. Company names are shown on lots and requests, so you know who you are trading with before you agree terms.
Web, iOS and Android
The same account on the web, in the App Store and on Google Play. Offers, bids, quotes and messages arrive as push notifications, and a daily summary comes at the hour you choose.

WineGate is where buyers and sellers find each other and agree terms. What happens to the goods and the money stays between the two companies.
An offer, a quote or Buy now fixes the price and the quantity.
The order opens with both companies, the lots and the conversation.
The buyer pays the seller directly, on the terms you agreed.
The seller marks the order completed. The 1 % fee follows 48 hours later.
