An order in bond closes by re-registering the stock at the bonded warehouse. Nothing leaves the site, so there is no excise event until the buyer decides to move it.

Every company applies with its VAT number, checked against VIES, and is approved by our staff before it can see prices or list stock. Buyers pay nothing; sellers pay 1 % per closed order.

A market for the European drinks trade. Importers and distributors list stock and buy from each other directly: fixed price, auction, or request and quote. WineGate is not a party to the sale and does not hold the money.
Businesses in the drinks trade with a valid EU VAT number. One company can both sell and buy. Each membership covers up to 5 people in the company.
Your VAT number against VIES, optionally your SEED number and a company document. Our staff approve the application before you can see prices or list stock.
Yes. WineGate is in the App Store and on Google Play with the same account as the web app. Notifications arrive as push, email, or a daily summary.
