Delete your account

WineGate is operated by PorteVin OÜ (Estonia). This page explains how to delete your WineGate account and what happens to your data.

Delete your account in the app

1. Sign in to WineGate (the mobile app or app.winegate.app).
2. Open Settings (account menu) and go to the Account section.
3. Choose Delete account, type the confirmation word, and confirm.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. You do not need to contact us — the in-app flow removes everything on the spot.

What is deleted

• Your user account and sign-in credentials (including Google sign-in link).
• Your company profile and organization, where you are the only owner.
• All business data in that organization: shipments, catalog, suppliers, documents and uploaded files, saved calculations, and referral data.

Aggregated, anonymized records that no longer identify you may be retained (e.g., invoicing records that PorteVin OÜ must keep under Estonian accounting law). Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.

Delete some data without closing your account

You can remove individual shipments, catalog items, suppliers, documents, and saved calculations at any time inside the app. For anything else, email us and we will action the request under GDPR.
