The assistant reads an invoice, e-AD or CMR, extracts supplier, currency, lines, litres, ABV and ARC, and asks one question at a time for what is missing. Every field is confirmed by you. Invoice lines are cross-checked against the e-AD bottle by bottle before the shipment is created.
Document readThe full economics of an order: EXW in any currency at ECB rates, origin and destination, landed cost broken into EXW, excise, VAT, customs, transport, warehouse, insurance and stamps. Reverse calculation from a target margin to the sale price and the maximum EXW, breakeven FX rate, several SKUs at once, what-if sliders and saved calculations.
