Three ways to trade, one order
List a lot, sell it at a fixed price or at auction, or answer a buyer’s request. Every path ends in the same order page.
Every lot carries its category, vintage, ABV and volume, producer, region and origin, EAN, the quantity and the minimum order, the warehouse city and country, and its duty status: in bond, duty paid or T1.
Lot formSet how long the price is valid, who can see the lot — everyone or partners only — add photos and a description. Buyers see the landed cost for their own country on the same row.
A fixed-price lot has a Buy now price. Lots from the same seller go into one order. If the price is close but not there, make an offer: the seller accepts, counters or declines, and you see the answer in your notifications and in Messages.
Offer cardEnter the most you would pay per bottle. The system bids for you in €0.05 steps, only as far as needed to stay in front. A bid in the last 5 minutes extends the auction by 5 minutes, so nobody wins by timing. A seller can add a Buy now price for the whole lot.
Auction lotAuctions close every minute on the server, and the winner’s order opens at once.
A request states the product, the quantity, where it should ship, when you need it and your target price per bottle. Sellers who have the stock answer with a quote. Accept one and it becomes an order.
Request with quotesAgreed → Payment confirmed → Ownership transferred → Pickup or EMCS → Closed. The order page holds the documents, the payment and fee summary and the conversation with the other side.
Order pageYou pay the seller directly under the market’s sale contract. In bond, ownership transfers by re-registration at the warehouse: the goods stay where they are and no excise is due until they leave. An e-AD is raised only when the stock travels.
Threads open on a lot, a request, an order, or directly with a partner. Attach images, PDF, Excel or Word files up to 10 MB, quote earlier messages, and bring a third party into the thread when a broker or the warehouse needs to answer. All members of your company read the same thread from any device.
MessagesEvery company gets a public page at winegate.app/@handle with its live lots, prices and Verified mark, open to anyone without a login. Send the link to a client instead of a spreadsheet. Companies that register through it start with 7 days of Membership.
