A trade assistant that drafts, never publishes
It reads labels, price lists and documents, drafts lots and answers with the market’s own numbers. Every action is a card you confirm.
Take a photo in the app or drop an image on the web. The assistant reads the name, producer, vintage, ABV, volume, region and country and fills the lot form. You check the card, add quantity and price, and publish. Editions it recognises by their look are named as such.
Label scan cardSend a photo, PDF or screenshot of a supplier’s price list. Each line becomes a draft lot in a table you review before anything goes live. Lines it cannot read stay marked, not guessed.
Import stock list“Drop the Barolo to €17.50”, “extend the price on lot 42 to the end of the month”, “withdraw the Prosecco”. Each request becomes a confirmation card with the exact change. Nothing changes until you tap it, and the assistant never says a change is done when it is not.
Edit confirmationOn the roadmap for the web app: the assistant reads an invoice, e-AD or CMR, extracts supplier, currency, lines, litres, ABV and ARC, asks one question at a time for what is missing, and assembles the shipment. Every field is confirmed by you, and invoice lines are cross-checked against the e-AD bottle by bottle.
Document read (roadmap)This is roadmap, not a live feature. It is not in the store builds.
Ask which EU market is cheapest for a vodka at 40 %, whether an offer is good, or what needs action today. It answers from the live excise and VAT rates of all 27 countries, the market’s rules and your own lots, orders and requests. Excise and landed cost figures are calculated by the app, not written by the model.
Assistant answerEvery action is a card you confirm.
The assistant proposes; you decide. It never publishes a lot, never changes a price on its own, never invents a rate or a price, and never claims a change has happened.
Effective 1 Jul 202627 countries
It quotes rates, it does not make them up.
Excise and VAT for 27 countries, stamp and registration rules, landed cost formulas and the market mechanics are the assistant’s sources. Where a figure has to be calculated, the app calculates it.
Questions about the assistant
What it does, what it never does, and what is roadmap.

Invent a price or a rate, state an excise or landed cost as a number of its own, accept an offer, touch an order, a quote, a payment or an auction price, or claim a change is applied when it is not.
No. Every action becomes a card. Nothing is created or changed until you confirm it.
